Our DBS member – Air Bourne Recruiting Pvt. Ltd. company – used DBS Galleria-Heritage House, on the 25th of February 2011, for the selection of the best chef for a Russian Crew Company.
There were a total of 5 participants who had to show their skills for
- Fruit Carving
- Vegetable Carving
- Thermocol Carving
all within a time frame of 1 hour.
The Icebreaker
Then the competition led to Ice Carving in our open space outside the DBS Galleria area. The time frame for the Ice Carving was 45 minutes.
The participants carved a seahorse, a horse, a swan, a duck and a fish out of ice.
One Conclusion
All – the recruiting company and all the participants – came to the same conclusion: that DBS Galleria was an ideal location for this competition and selection of the ‘Best Chef’
And they would continue to hold more such events at the DBS Galleria…
