Our DBS member – Air Bourne Recruiting Pvt. Ltd. company – used DBS Galleria-Heritage House, on the 25th of February 2011, for the selection of the best chef for a Russian Crew Company. There were a total of 5 participants who had to show their skills for Fruit Carving Vegetable Carving Thermocol Carving all within a time frame of 1 hour.
